.....

Patient Elaynie Borhan, 22, student in Dublin, complaining of a 2 day history of severe vomiting, followed by pyrexia, chills, dyspnoea and myalgia. There is also a 5 day history of constipation. Myalgia causes patient to wake up in the night. Patient describes the feeling as being 'miserable, nausea and weak'. This isn't the first time patient has complaint of such event. A history of Norwalk virus infection and streptococcus pneumonia had occured only a few months ago.

I'm too tired to type the whole thing out properly. I suck at presenting a history anyway...horribly suck!

anywayz...Possibility a viral infection? Norwalk virus again? Minus the diarrhoea.....or acute gastroenteritis?

Oh yea...on examination...facial pallor, conjunctival pallor and pulse is about 90 bts/min.

Me going to the gym on sunday had probably shorten the incubation period. haih...i wanna get better soon...i look like the corpse bride...all scrawny and dead-looking..
